
Row 14 features New American cuisine prepared and presented using traditional Continental and Asian disciplines, in executions described as “experiential cuisine,” allowing the integration of many other great flavors, innovative techniques and a variety of global influences.
In contrast to our worldly approach to these dishes, we feel a great responsibility to sourcing locally and responsibly, and using items that are fresh and seasonal. The menu, which will have a combination of signature dishes and innovative plates, will change every six to 10 weeks as dictated by seasonality of ingredients, providing the opportunity to return frequently to try new things.
